We repair all brands
and sizes of safety valves, and have an extensive library
of manufacturers specifications for Anderson-Greenwood®,
Consolidated®, Crosby®, and Farris®. Our Valve Repair or
"VR" stamp covers both Shop
and Field Repair as well as high and low pressure
safety valves. As in all our service departments,
Industrial Valve's technicians are available 24 hours a
day, 365 days a year to ensure that your plant is kept up
and running.
With the enormous costs of down-time that can be incurred when equipment is taken
off-line, industries have long searched for a better way of valve testing and service
that’s faster, more reliable, and more cost-effective. The solution, finally, is Industrial
Valve’s PVT program.

| At the heart of our PVT system is the Portable Testing Unit (PTU). Using sophisticated
microprocessor-controlled electronics, the PTU is designed for use on a wide range of
valves in steam and air service, and can be used over a wide range of operating pressures
with complete accuracy. When interfaced with a programmable computer, the system
can store all necessary information to allow set pressure calculations of all
Consolidated® 1811, 1511, 1900, 1500, 2700 and 1700 valves, all Crosby® HC, HCI, HE,
HSJ, HL, JOS and JBS valves, and most Farris® valves.
The PTU enables a valve to be tested without removal, eliminating unnecessary downtime.
To eliminate testing anomalies and to ensure maximum accuracy, we test all
valves at least three times and average the results. Once checked, each valve is adjusted
as necessary and resealed by our field service technicians. When a repair is required,
valves can be repaired on-site in most cases. At Industrial Valve, we are committed to
keeping your plant operational, and we are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week
for your repair needs.
Give yourself a break. Call us today for more information on our PVT program.
